Terms of Sales

These conditions of sale are concluded on the one hand by the individual company Amélie FERET (trade name REEFT LEATHER GOODS) located at 10 rue de l'Europe, 14460 COLOMBELLES, registered in the Caen trade directory under number 850 220 302 hereinafter referred to as "Amélie FERET" and on the other hand, by any natural or legal person wishing to make a purchase via the website hereinafter referred to as "the buyer". The French brand REEFT LEATHER GOODS is the exclusive property of Amélie FERET.



These conditions of sale aim to define the contractual relations between Amélie FERET and the buyer and the conditions applicable to any purchase made through the merchant site, whether the buyer is a professional or an individual consumer. The acquisition of a good or service through this site implies unreserved acceptance by the buyer of these conditions of sale. These conditions of sale will prevail over any other general or specific conditions not expressly approved by Amélie FERET. Amélie FERET reserves the right to modify its conditions of sale at any time. In this case, the applicable conditions will be those in force on the date of the order by the buyer.


Characteristics of the goods and services offered

The products and services are those which appear in the store published on the site These products and services are valid as long as they are displayed on the site, while stocks last. The products are all handmade and made to order so that a maximum manufacturing time of 14 days will be necessary before sending the goods, excluding force majeure or supplier delays. Of course if the product is in stock or created more quickly it will be sent as quickly as possible.

The products offered comply with current French legislation and the standards applicable in France.


In the event of unavailability of an item noted after placing the order, Amélie FERET will inform the Customer by e-mail as soon as possible, offering the Customer:

- an exchange for another item of the same amount,

- total cancellation of the order and a refund.

Each product is accompanied by a description drawn up by Amélie FERET. The photographs in the catalog are as faithful as possible but cannot ensure perfect similarity with the product offered, particularly with regard to the colors and marks possibly present on the leathers which are unique. Amélie FERET reserves the right to modify them at any time and without notice.

Gift card validity period / Creative workshops: Gift cards, including those for creative workshops, are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. After this period, no reimbursement or late service can be guaranteed without the agreement of Amélie FERET. Amélie FERET will make 2 reminders by email and/or SMS in order to remind the holders or gift card providers of this voucher to use.



The products are invoiced on the basis of the prices displayed on the Site at the time the order is placed; any change in the rate may be reflected in the price of the products or services. Amélie FERET reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood, however, that the price appearing in the catalog on the day of the order will be the only one applicable to the buyer.

Prices are expressed in Euros, without any tax, because they have the micro-enterprise regime, VAT exemption. VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the CGI. The prices indicated do not include transport and delivery costs. Any tax, duty, duty or other service to be paid in application of French regulations, or those of an importing country or a transit country are the responsibility of the Customer.



Order confirmation requires the creation of a personal account on the Site. This account is intended to save the billing and delivery information for said order and subsequent ones. The Customer will be asked to create their own password for later use of this account. Creating the account is free. The username and password allowing access to the Site are confidential and must not be disclosed to third parties. After creating the account, the Customer receives confirmation of his registration by e-mail.

The Customer can deactivate his account at any time by sending an e-mail to After deactivation of the account, the Customer is free to create a new account at any time.


The data recorded by Amélie FERET constitutes proof of all transactions between Amélie FERET and the Client. The contractual information is presented in French or English depending on the language chosen by the Customer and will be confirmed by e-mail at the latest at the time of delivery.

The Customer must verify the completeness and conformity of the information he provides to Amélie FERET. The latter cannot be held responsible for possible entry errors and the consequences in terms of delays or delivery errors. In this context, all costs incurred for reshipment will be the responsibility of the Customer.

Once validated, the order is sent to Amélie FERET for processing. The ordered item will be manufactured a maximum of 14 days before shipping.


Amélie FERET reserves the right not to accept an order from a customer with whom it is in dispute for a previous order, or if Amélie FERET reasonably considers that this customer has violated these General Conditions or that he has undertaken in fraudulent activity, or for any other legitimate reason.


Payment terms :

The price is due when ordering. All orders are payable in euros. To pay for their order, the Customer has the choice between the following payment methods:


Bank card: through the secure Stripe payment tool integrated into the Wix site, so that the information transmitted is encrypted by software and no third party can read it during transport on the network.

Bank transfer: In order to use this payment method, please request the company's RIB via the contact form on the website ("contact" section). Any costs resulting from the bank transfer will be entirely the responsibility of the buyer.



Purchase invoices are sent, upon request, within 5 days of the order electronically.​

Amélie FERET also reserves the right to refuse to honor an order from a Customer who has not paid a previous order (including partially) or with whom a payment dispute is being administered. Any payment will only be considered final after effective and complete collection of the sums due. The order is processed and shipped only after verification of the payment method and receipt of debit authorization from the bank card or Paypal account.


Order manufacturing

The manufacturing time is not included in the delivery time. Once an order is registered and paid for, it will be manufactured and shipped within a maximum of 14 working days if it is not already in stock, excluding the event of holidays or temporary closure of the workshop.

Each order is made by hand in order of arrival, manufacturing times may therefore vary depending on the period (end of year holidays, temporary stock shortages, delays from a supplier, force majeure). Amélie FERET then undertakes to notify the Client in advance, either by telephone or by e-mail. Thus, the customer will have the possibility to choose between waiting and a refund.

Holidays and holidays: orders placed during periods when the workshop is closed will be made and sent within 14 working days of reopening. Personalized orders (e.g. with initials) cannot be delivered urgently because they need to be completely created and personalized.

If all these elements are met, no delay in delivery or cancellation of order will be possible in the event of inattention on the part of the buyer who orders within this period.

Gift cards can still be ordered during annual closures: only generic gift cards automatically created by Wix will be sent instantly. Personalized “Reeft” gift cards are only sent within 24 hours of the order on working days.


Deliveries are made to the address indicated in the order form. Amélie FERET cannot be held responsible for possible entry errors and their consequences in terms of delays or delivery errors. In this context, all costs incurred for reshipment will be the responsibility of the Customer.

In the event of damage during transport, we invite the customer to refuse delivery to the carrier and to note their express reservations on the delivery note. In the event that the consumer personally takes delivery of the goods and when the carrier does not justify having given him the opportunity to actually verify the good condition of the objects, the reasoned protest must be made to the carrier within ten days.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery country indicated. These costs are due by the Customer in addition to the price of the products purchased.

Amélie FERET cannot be held responsible for delivery delays or non-performance caused by the consumer or in the event of force majeure.

CUSTOMS : For packages destined abroad, customs fees may be due upon receipt of your package. These costs are the sole responsibility of the consumer.

COVID-19: the current health crisis affecting the entire world may cause delivery delays, more significant in some countries than others. Amélie FERET cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery in this case of force majeure.

In the event of non-conformity of the products purchased or if they do not satisfy the Customer, the Customer may return them or request an exchange or refund under the conditions provided for in the “Returns - Exchanges - Refunds” section.


Return / Exchanges / Refunds

All products sold benefit from the “satisfied or refunded” clause in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code, article L 121-21, unless otherwise specified. This right of withdrawal is exercised without penalty, with the exception of the costs of returning the package which remain the responsibility of the Customer.

Exchanges or refunds can only be requested for products purchased on the Site, within fourteen (14) calendar days following the date of receipt of the package. No product can be returned, refunded or exchanged after this period.

Return request

Requests for returns of products ordered on the Site can be made under the following conditions :

- the products must be returned accompanied by their purchase invoice,

- The returned product must be in new condition, that is to say similar to that of its unpacking, as well as include all its labels, flyers or other promotional advertising (stickers, linen bags, etc.).

- The items must not be damaged: no traces of nails or friction. It must also be in perfect condition, the shoulder strap carefully stored inside the bag and it carefully packaged and with the padding given in the arrival package. Bags must not be crushed or deformed during transport.

- Return costs are the responsibility of the Buyer.

If the conditions mentioned above are not respected, Amélie FERET reserves the right to refuse the return of said products and will return them to the Customer, without possibility of exchange or refund. Amélie FERET has complete freedom to decide whether the products are in their initial condition when they are returned to her.

If the package was lost, or not received by Amélie FERET and sent without signature, the costs would remain borne by the buyer.

Return requests made on time are made via the customer account on or by email to indicating the return request as well as the order number in the subject line of the email. The Customer must then choose whether they want an exchange or a refund.

When the right of withdrawal is exercised, the professional is required to reimburse the consumer for all sums paid no later than fourteen days from the date on which he is informed of the consumer's decision to withdraw.

For contracts for the sale of goods, the professional may defer reimbursement until recovery of the goods or until the consumer has provided proof of shipment of these goods, the date chosen being that of the first of these facts. .



All products supplied by the seller benefit from the legal guarantee provided for by articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code. In the event of non-compliance of a product sold, it may be returned to the seller who will take it back, exchange it or reimburse it. All complaints, requests for exchange or refund must be made by email to the following address: within fourteen days of receipt of the product.

Non-compliant products

The Customer must make to Amélie FERET via, any complaint relating to a delivery error and/or non-conformity of the products in kind or in quality compared to the indications appearing on the order form (error of reference, damaged product, etc.).


Amélie FERET offers a 1-year commercial warranty on its models from the date of purchase.

Amélie FERET will not be held responsible for improper use or maintenance of the product and normal wear and tear of the product.

However, if it involves accidental damage, inappropriate use of a solvent or abnormal use of the item, no repairs can be carried out.

The seller is liable for defects in the conformity of the goods with the contract under the conditions of Article L. 211-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code and for hidden defects in the item sold under the conditions provided for in Articles 1641 et seq. of the Code. civil.

It is recalled that the consumer within the framework of the legal guarantee of conformity :

- benefits from a period of two years from the delivery of the property to take action;

- Can choose between repair or replacement of the good, subject to the cost conditions provided for in Article L. 211-9 of the Consumer Code;

- Is exempt from providing proof of the existence of the lack of conformity of the defect of the goods during the six months following delivery of the goods. This period is extended to twenty-four months from March 18, 2016, except for second-hand goods.

The legal guarantee of conformity applies independently of the commercial guarantee which may cover your property.

It is recalled that the consumer can decide to implement the guarantee against hidden defects in the thing sold within the meaning of article 1641 of the civil code and that in this case he can choose between canceling the sale or reducing the price. sale price in accordance with article 1644 of the french civil code.


CREATIVE WORKSHOPS : Please note: Creative workshop gift cards can be refunded within the withdrawal period of 14 days from receipt of the gift card, i.e. the same day of the order. After this period, no refund or exchange is possible.

No creative workshop will be refunded without prior cancellation at least 5 days before the start of the scheduled workshop. A simple oversight on the big day does not give rise to any reimbursement or relocation of the workshop because the slot has been blocked for you and can no longer be replaced elsewhere, as this would result in a loss for Amélie Feret. In exceptional cases of force majeure, with written proof from a third party (attending doctor, insurance, etc.), the workshop canceled less than 5 days before its date may be rescheduled for another slot. Intellectual property

All elements of the site are and remain the intellectual and exclusive property of Amélie FERET. No one is authorized to reproduce, exploit, redistribute, or use for any reason whatsoever, even partially, elements of the site, whether software, visual, photographic or sound. Any simple or hypertext link is strictly prohibited.

The Reeft brand is a trademark registered with the National Institute of Intellectual Property. All products are also registered and protected. No reproduction is authorized, even for personal purposes, and legal action will be taken against anyone who illegally reproduces the brand's products.


The Reeft brand does not have any professional reseller.


Counterfeiting / Dropshipping: The brand has already had its photos, its name, and the visuals of the products stolen on dropshipping or scam sites, putting forward attractive promotions.
